PERSONAL INSIGHTS

Elan Alexander on his 36th week in my belly is packing on the pounds – at the rate of about an ounce a day.  He now weighs almost 6 pounds (like a Crenshaw melon) and is more than 18 ½ inches long!  In the final month of my pregnancy, it’s quite interesting and fascinating how easily I need a helping hand.  From lifting my leg to be inside the car, to get in bed at night, etc…  I am really blessed and lucky to have a wonderful husband who is very loving and supportive husband.  

Eric prepared his gourmet specialty “Geoduck Clam Chowder Soup”  this week:) My wish for you is to have the same love and support I have in my life.  Speaking of which, I am planning to have a 3 week teleseminars about “How To Attract A Million Dollar Man!”  Let me know if you’re interested and we’ll send you details about it :)

I also started with acupressure and acupuncture for my pregnancy treatments.  In traditional Chinese Medicine, meridians are a series of channels that carry qi (energy) through the body.  These meridians are separate system from nerves, blood vessels and lymphatic ducts.  Acupuncture and acupressure promote changes to improve the way the body functions.  To have a strong business, it feels great to be taken care of in a holistic approach – healing mind, body and spirit.  For example, having a strong support system, strong and healthy relationships, as well strength of spirit.

One practice I strengthen each day is to be ok to ask for help, and not indulging in “I can do it by myself” thinking.  I let help flow out in the form of love, generosity and unrelenting optimism. If you ask for help, you’re going to get it, right?

 Your Dreams Are Not Too Big for You

You would not have them if they were not just the right size and shape for the individual you are. They are blueprints of your future fulfillment. Everything you want, you can have. Don’t worry about the money—the price tag will get in your way only if you let it. If you could trust your dreams half as much as you doubt them, you would get everything you want.

Conjuring something requires the expectation of pure pleasure. You have to salivate the way you do when you are hungry for a lobster roll with shoestring fries, or devil’s food cake, or fried clams. You don’t worry too much about whether or not you get the clams or lobster roll or cake—you just enjoy the thought of them. When you savor a desire like that, and give it time to really come to life in your mind and imagination, you actually make things happen.

The beauty of conjuring is that you can bring anything your way. Yes, anything.

Decisions About What?!?

PERSONAL INSIGHTS:

We toured the Butterfly Gardens last Tuesday.  I found out that butterflies do not have two eyes but they have thousand eyes!  Each large eye called a compound eye is made up of lots of tiny eyes.  Each tiny eye sees what’s straight ahead.  You know me, I’m all about magical manifestations, being 100% creator of reality…..and surrounding ourselves with miracles, happiness and freedom.  Reason is, I’ve found that when I have that KNOWING that I am already happy and free no matter what my circurmstances in life are right now, the more I experience more of the same.  It doesn’t take a ton of money to know that you are already happy and free but it does take a willingness to OPEN your mind and make a decision.

From Abraham – Hicks:  “Make more decisions about what?” our friend asks.  Make more decisions about everything.  In other words, as you are getting into your car, make a decision that  you will enjoy your ride to wherever you are going.  As you turn on the radio, make a decision that you will find something that is stimulating and uplifting.  As you make a telephone call, make a decision that you will get your point across and that you will uplift the person with whom you interact.  As you order your food make a decision that it will benefit you in all ways.  That it will fuel you and satisfy you in every way.  As you put yourself to bed, make a decision that you are going to rest well and ou are going to wake up refreshed.  As you pick up a book, make a decision that you will glean something from it of benefit.   As you turn on the television make a decision that you will find something that will satisfy some question that you have been asking.  As you go to a gathering, make a decision that you will glean something from it that will be beneficial and that you will give something to it that will be beneficial.  In other words, make more decisions.

So many of you are so sure that somebody else is controlling your life that you just blunder through life guarded.  In other words, what’s your goal? “To stay out of trouble.”  What’s your goal in life?  “Well, to avoid disease and to stay out of bankruptcy and to hopefully not get too bad of a relationship going.” 

Most of the decisions we hear from you are what you don’t want.  Where what you are wanting about is what you do want.

I have done coaching sessions with people and the first agenda is to spotlight the person’s desire.  It’s amazing how I always hear what people don’t want instead of what they want.  I’d like to share a Law of Attraction Process that our http://www.lawofattractioninnercircle.com

students use to be better in declaring what you want.  This is called the Segment Intending.  It is the process whereby you define the vibrational characteristics of the time segment you are moving into. It is a way of pre-paving your vibrational path, so to speak, for easier and more enjoyable travel.  If you are in a bad mood, meaning that there is considerable resistance in your vibrational frequency, then, because you do not have access to very different thoughts from where you currently are, you usually project that same vibrational expectation into the segment that you are moving into. For that reason, we encourage the application of Segment Intending when you are already feeling good. If you are feeling bad in this moment, try one of the other processes in order to improve your current mood and point of attraction. And then once you are feeling better, you could return to this powerful Segment Intending process.  This process will help you be more deliberate about focusing your thoughts. It will help you become more aware of where your thoughts currently are, and it will help you be able to more deliberately choose the thoughts that you offer. In time, it will feel very natural to you to stop for a moment upon entering a new segment and direct your own intent or expectation.

You enter a new segment anytime your intentions change: If you are washing dishes and the telephone rings, you enter a new segment. When you get into your vehicle, you enter a new segment. When another person walks into the room, you enter a new segment.

If you will take the time to get your thought of expectation started even before you are inside your new segment, you will be able to set the tone of the segment more specifically than if you walk into the segment and begin to observe it as it already is. For example, you are cooking dinner and are enjoying the rhythm and flow you have established. Everything is on schedule, and you expect everything to turn out just right.  The telephone rings. (You enter into a new segment.) You set forth the intention not to answer the telephone. You set forth the intention that your answering device can take the call, and you set forth the intention that you will return the call later when you have time. So, the rhythm and flow of your meal preparation is not disrupted; your segment changed slightly, but you maintained your balance, and all is well.  Or, the telephone rings. (You enter a new segment.) You remember that you have been expecting an important call, and you do not want to miss it. You set your intentions for the segment to be efficient and brief, and to gather the information quickly and politely. And because of the positive flow you already have going, your positive expectation dovetails into that perfectly, so you have prepared the conversation, even before you pick up the telephone, to comply with your good-feeling intentions. You are actually pre-paving your future experiences constantly without even knowing you are doing so.  You are continually projecting your expectations into your future experiences, and this Segment Intending process helps you to consciously consider what you are projecting—and it gives you control of your future segments.

You can pre-pave future experiences that are immediate, or experiences that are in your more distant future, and once you have an opportunity to see how your deliberate thought positively impacts your experiences, you will want to do it even more. And like all processes, the more you apply it, the more skilled you become and the more fun it is, and the more effective your results will be.

Daily Practices for a “Taste of Enlightenment”

During our 5 day Living from Truth Retreat, we were given daily exercises to ride the vehicles of truth.  I want to share 5 of them with you:

 1. Breathing.  This is a conscious choice to keep our attention while doing it.  Do this 10x 3x a day (morning, afternoon, evening)

 2. Drink at least 6 glasses of water.  Start with 4 if you’re not a water drinker.  Then increase it to 6 the following day, then to 8 the next day J

 3. Make adjustments.  Ask yourself:

 What does my body want more of?  What does my body want less of?

 If we eat well, our body is happier (and more in alignment to attract our intentions/goals)

 4. Sacred Movement Exercise.  Move before you go to bed.  Allow 10 minutes to do this.  Feel good with your body and thank it for being the vessel of your physical existence.

 5. Rest.  Let go and let God.  Surrender your body, spirit, and emotion.  If you meditate and fall asleep, it’s a sign you need some beauty rest J

Greetings!

I grew up with an inner knowing that I can get EVERYTHING I wanted.  At first I believed that I have to work hard to get it, that I have to do it all by myself.  Later on in life,I had everything I planned for:  move in North America, cars, free travel, and multi-millionaires I work with.  Yet I wasn’t living a blissful and satisfying life.  After being involved with several spiritual/personal development programs, one of my clients gave me this video:  The Subliminal Manifestations Series about Forgiveness & Love.  It helps remove Negative Emotional Vibrations (NEVs).  It teaches the art of Ericksonian Hypnosis and Ho’oponopono (an ancient Hawaiian Healing practice.)  I discovered that LIFE CAN BE EASY, certainly much easier that I had imagined.  I have chosen to share this video to my Law of Attraction Coaching Students/Group, all I have learned up until now.  I appreciate this opportunity.

 The first step is to recognize which “want” is underneath the emotions you have about anything (for instance, not charging what you’re worth, not being good enough, fear of success or failure, etc.) Once you let go of wanting control, approval, or safety/security you create the opportunity to have control, approval, safety/security instead!

 Why does this work?  Because when you already have something, you don’t have the same feeling of wanting it.  Conversely when you really want something, you don’t have it.  The two are mutually exclusive, so we want to replace the wanting with a sense of having instead.

PERSONAL INSIGHTS

I am going to spend this Sunday with one of my mentors, Abraham – Hicks.  The Law of Attraction Processes that I learned from them is the cornerstone of my coaching practice.  This is one of the reasons why you need a coach.  Coming from a 3rd world country (Philippines), I was so used to achieving success all by myself.  Five years ago, when I got exposed in the coaching industry, I was asking myself why do I need to pay someone $199 every month and talk to him for only 15 minutes every 3 months?!?  Even before that, I am pretty much a magical manifestor and attract EVERYTHING I planned for.  So why spend this much (I just came to Canada that time and earning $12 an hour!) money?  All the wonderful people I met in my new home, Canada, had a coach and they are sky rocketing in their businesses and personal lives.  Although, I was successful, the standard I had was also pretty much I would say…..”3rd world.”  The guarantee I got from my business coach was to double my income and double my time off in 3 years.  Good enough I rationalized to myself!  Guess what?!?  I DID NOT doubled my income nor my time off in 3 years.  I did it in one and a half years!  The coaching system allowed me to accelerate my progress 50% faster!  Way, way, way cool!  Guess what?!?  Not only did I double my income and double my time off, I already attracted my husband, and get to share the stage with my multi – million dollar Speaking Coach.  The analogy I used is:  Why do I have to use a typewriter if I can use a computer?!?

Imagine it’s December 31, 2009.  That’s 6 months from now…  Your business, career or life’s work has really taken off and your vision for it has become a reality.  Briefly describe what your business looks like including what you are doing, where you are working, how much you are earning, and other significant details of your work lifestyle and financial status.

“You have probably heard business coaches and success gurus emphasize the importance of becoming “action-oriented” or “pro-active.”  You may experience resistance when you hear these words, as if they are suggesting you are not doing enough already and that you need to work harder.  Yet they are right.  Whether you resist it or not, the fact remains that becoming successful requires you take a lot of inspired action!

W. Why taking action is important

One of the great myths of today’s success culture is that it is possible to achieve significant personal and financial success quickly and with minimal effort.  In reality this is not true.  Bring to mind some people you know who are currently building successful businesses or streams of income.  How many of them sit back and wait for things to happen?  The answer most certainly is “none of them.”  Why?  Because there is a Universal Law that says, “No action, no results!”  It really is that simple.

The benefits of the action habit

Getting yourself into action has a tremendous impact because it affects your results on multiple levels.  At the most basic level, when you take action, things happen.  Every action you take moves you a step closer to achieving your goals and the sooner you take action the sooner you will reach the success you are seeking.

But taking action does much more than advance you towards your destination in a linear fashion.  Do you remember Newton’s Law of Inertia?  It states that an object at rest will stay at rest unless acted upon by an outside force, and an object in motion will remain in motion unless it encounters an external and opposing force.  When you take action on something, you generate momentum.  This means that in addition to the results you create immediately, the impact of your actions carries forward over time.  Take further action and the effect is cumulative.  The more action you take the more momentum you generate.

Another benefit of being action – oriented is that it causes LAW OF ATTRACTION to work in your favor.  As a “make it happen” person you will naturally attract the attention of other people who want to make things happen.  They will notice your energy and will bring you opportunities.  This will create an upward spiral in your momentum.

Yet another benefit of taking action is that it impacts your self – image.  Once you develop the habit of taking action you will see yourself as a person who get things done.  This will encourage you to take even more action, further accelerating your progress and building your confidence.

ENERGY DRAINS AND TOLERATIONS

How are things going for you and your dreams so far? Where have you been putting your focus? How have you been utilizing your affirmations?

Now is the perfect time to begin tending your Garden of Dreams in order to have your dreams flourish and prosper. In order to create a healthy Garden, as with any garden, you want to begin by pulling the weeds. So what are the weeds in your Garden? These are the energy drains, tolerations and limiting beliefs you may currently hold.

What IS draining your energy?

What ARE you tolerating?

Ready to let it all go?

If so, let’s begin by actually identifying the weeds in your garden, not with the intent of holding your focus on the things you don’t want, but simply to identify the weeds you can then pull from your garden once and for all!

 

ENERGY DRAINS AND TOLERATIONS

Remember the five key life categories in which you created your Intention Statements and Goals?
They were:

  • Relationships
  • Right Livelihood
  • Prosperity
  • Body/Mind/Spirit
  • Environment.

As I go through the list of energy drains, beginning with Relationships, if a statement is true for you, it is an energy drain for you. Write that down in your notebook or journal. This is for your eyes only so please be absolutely honest with yourself. If you’re not sure whether a statement is true for you or not, then write it down.

Relationships

There are relationships in my life that drain my energy.
There are people in my life to whom I give my power.
I have unfinished communications with friends/family.
I have unresolved conflict with someone in my life.
There is someone that I haven’t forgiven. (self included?)
There are relationships I need to end.
There is someone that I am avoiding.
There are relationships in my life that are not 100% truthful, self-responsible and healthy.

This week, as you move through your day, continue to identify the weeds in your garden by noticing what irritates you and what you find yourself in resistance to. Add those energy drains to your list of weeds to pull.
  • Tolerations are a second cousin to Energy Drains. You’re probably tolerating more than you think! So, what ARE you tolerating?
  • How much do you find you’ve been putting up with, accepting, taking on and getting dragged down by situations, unmet needs, other people’s behaviors, crossed boundaries, incompletions, frustrations, and even your own behavior?
  • Take a couple of minutes to write down the things you sense you are tolerating. As you think of more items over the week, add them to your list of weeds to pull as well.
Remember not to judge yourself. You are where you are. It is the way it is – for now anyway. Next week, you’ll begin taking these energy drains and tolerations and removing them from your Garden one weed at a time!
